Client Acquisition Executive (Placement)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Search new companies for placement of students and maintain relation with existing companies
- Visit corporates and industry to identify vacancy
- Meet HR heads of the organization, give them detailed presentation and do the tie up for placements of students
- Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximum placements
- Focusing on building long-term relationship with the clients
- Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated
- Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market
- Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
- Invite corporate guests for guest lectures and conduct industry expert sessions for students.

Full Stack Software Testing Trainer (Training)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for giving training and guiding students of PathGlow
- Must have 2+ yrs of experience in technical training/ mentoring on software testing
- Responsible for taking best-in-class and virtual classes
- Responsible for teaching full stack software testing
- Must have hands-on and training experience on Manual Testing, Core Java, Selenium IDE, Selenium WebDriver and other testing tools like JMeter, Appium, Postman/Rest Assured, JIRA, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins etc
- Must have knowledge on NetBeans/ Eclipse or any other IDE
- Must have knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technology and testing methodologies
- Self-Motivated and passionate about technology
- Excellent analytical and logical skills and team player
- Must have exceptional Communication Skills/ Presentation Skills
- Good Aptitude skills is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding potential students to enrol in the programs offered by PathGlow
- Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email and chat during the pre and post-sales processes
- Reach to given leads, follow up, calling to the potential prospects.
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Team Lead in order to optimize lead closure
- To generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals, and other sources and to convert walk-in into registrations
- Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
